About this place
One dinner review praised the seasoning on the beef and the depth of flavour in the creamy risotto. At goodspoon, meat dishes and risotto make a satisfying basis for a relaxed meal.
The branch-exclusive signature meat platter brings together cuts selected by the chef. The regular portion on the main menu serves 2–3 people, while the mega serves 4–5, making either a good option to share. Weekday lunch has its own sizes: the 2-person portion comes with a choice of popover or rice, and the lunch platter is available for 2 or 4 people, both with the same choice of accompaniment. Whether you want a generous serving of meat or a large platter for the table, there are options to suit the group. Lunch is served on weekdays only; at weekends and on public holidays, the full menu is available throughout the day.
Beyond the meat, the menu includes truffle cream risotto with thick-cut bacon and mushrooms, as well as seafood tomato risotto. For a meal with a group, share a meat platter and add risotto or pizza.
Alongside alcoholic drinks, there is a selection of non-alcoholic cocktails, or mocktails. A diner who chose one at dinner remarked on the range and how easy they were to drink. The restaurant also has terrace seating; one visitor said they enjoyed a meal with a view of Osaka Castle.
